Eric Rosemary has been in the mortgage business since 2002. A graduate from the Art Institutes School of Culinary Arts Eric took to the restaurant business where he ultimately was recruited into the mortgage business. Eric quickly rose to being a top producer and eventually going on to Opening Elite Lending Source in 2005. In 2009 a tragic accident that left him a quadriplegic forced him to close Elite Lending Source. Within one year of his accident Eric went back to work in the mortgage business as a loan officer. He worked at mortgage company in Fort Lauderdale for 2 years until he had the opportunity to open a branch for CrossCountry Mortgage in 2012 were he went on to being 1 of its top producing branches since its opening. Eric is now a producing branch manager which helps him grow his company and personal business. With a staff of 25 at his branch and 1500 at CrossCountry Mortgage nationwide they can ensure a closing in 21 days and fast underwriting. Eric and CrossCountry Mortgage pride themselves on being common sense when it comes to underwriting and qualifying borrowers. “I treat all my clients the same, whether you are buying your first home for $50,000 or 5 million I will treat you no different. I don’t look to retire on 1 loan, I look to help all my clients at any cost as I know that is the only way to grow my business and sleep well at night. Eric’s pride for his career radiates throughout his office, not only does he enjoy helping people get into their home but other new Loan Originators just learning the business.
Eric was very helpful throughout the entire process, the process being very short in the best way possible, as I wanted to close quickly. Eric worked with my realtor and all of the other factors that went into closing my loan. This is my first purchase of a home on my own, which was nerve wracking but again Eric was there to communicate and assist the entire time and I will be a repeat client in the future.
